Game freeze and long loading times

All day lonh the game has been freezing and having long loading times in everything, its very anoying and unplayable, what is going in???.. i already habe try everything , resart the game, restar my phone and the problem still persist. Cant do anything at all with this freezes.

That little circle as if is loading comes and stays for 1 minutes plus sometimes 2 minutes, not cool, we spent $$ for this to be happening so often.

What device are you using? Are you sure it meets the minimum requirements?

Furthermore you need stable internet connection, poor internet connection can also clog loading times.

I use an s21 ultra, with good unlimited data plan, also my wifi is good.

In that case, its either issue with service from our servers (depending on your location). I would recommend trying out some VPN in that case.

Alternatively something might have went wrong during installation so maybe fresh reinstall will help.

I Am Having The Sane Issues, tried iOS and android, wifi and mobile data, everything was fine until I updated the game a few days ago. 

I Have Uninstalled,Cleared cache , reinstalledI, same issues

Same problem happening with me but on my Paid account and FTP account. I have reported it and they give me the same BS to check. Cant finish my dailies and this is has been going on four three days now. four members of my Clan have the same problem. I wish that Plarium would just acknowledge this problem so we know they are working on it. I have used my Iphone, Ipad and PC. I have reinstalled, have going to mobile signal, restarted my modem but nothing helps.

My account is having the same problem too, both on PC and on Android. I have cleared cache, full reinstall, tried a VPN. None of these things work and I don't believe this is a client side issue.

I've been having the same issues since the last update.  Every now and then the game will just spin with a loading icon when buying something, finishing a run, using the tavern, etc.  This occurs on my android mobile, iOS Apple iPad and windows computer, so it is definately not device dependent.  It also occurs even if I am using 4G cellular or home WiFi.

The issue is 100% Raid's servers, which currently seem to be struggling.  I've only been playing for about 9 months but never had this issue before, as the game has always been responsive.  I've even tried to uninstall and re-install the game completely thinking that it was a buildup of cache or something, but no luck.

I'm concerned with the upcoming fusion even that I won't even be able to participate, as the game just simply isn't responsive.  Even trying to use my multi battles a day is a gamble, as the game can just spin and time out after any run, which then requires me click either "Re-Login" or "Retry".

Edit: It's probably worth mentioning that I'm in Australia, if that helps identify the server I would be using

Same issue for me. 

I am located in Gerrmany.

Device: PC

Every 5-10 minutes or if i am lucky at around 20ish mins my game shows the endless rotation as seen above - prompting the attached errof after loading. 

I tried all the "troubleshoot" like deleting and reinstalling game and launcher, clearing app cache, using Wifi, using LAN, vpn and such.

Not the best experience to start a new game tbh.

In Australia also and having same issue and it's only Plarium and Plarium games that im struggling to connect to

Definately sounds like an issue with us Aussies.

Out of interest sake, if you visit the following page and try to ping each raid server, does it time out?  https://pingserverstatus.com/raidshadowlegends.php.  There seems to be 5 raid servers, and I assume users in Australia connect to SEA (which I believe is South East Asia)
