I have had multiple problems with raid over the last few days. It freezes on loading screens and when I summon it causes me to lose shards and champions I have lost tournament positions and rewards I have lost in game money and clan boss keys and just about everything I try to do I get a never ending load circle. I can't even get the in game support to fully load so I can let the game makers know how many serious issues the game has.  I've lost ton of time and resources and the little I'm sorry gifts just don't make up for the frustration and losses that we are dealing with due to flaws in game. Get it fixed and find a way to justly compensate your players or you will find you don't have any left.
