Desktop - Can't log into the game since the update 1.12
Hi, I'm having this problem while trying to login from the Plarium launcher.
Can you help me resolve it? Thanks. It seems I'm alone having this problem.

Hello, Its a new patch, there are going to be some slight issues initially. They are aware and working on them! Please try again now as i believe they have made an adjustment.

Hi there,
I'm still having problem downloading and playing on my PC. I've tried restarting everything (including my computer) and it gets down to like 90% downloaded and then stops. I'm not sure what to do and I really want to play on my PC. I play on my tablet as well, but that keeps crashing on me (even though I have it on the lowest settings).
Is there anything I can do on my end? If not, when do you think it will be up and running on the PC?

Are you guys able to get into the game by launching from plarium launcher? (desktop)

Hello, after the update I can't play on my PC anymore, I receive this runtime error . I tried to reinstall and still the same error

Please try this workaround:
Ddownload and install the latest Visual C++ libraries.
Link: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
Additionally, you should update the DirectX on his PC.
Here is the link where the web installer can be downloaded: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/confirmation.aspx?id=35
Then, re-install the Plarium Play application, restart PC after installing and open the game again.

same as Nolses149 , cant log-in for a full day , tryed to changed pass-word 3 times , payed money to enhance game + cant play it after your up-grades , WHY !!!!!
