Hi,

I have been playing the game for almost 90 days now, game has been freezing ever since started 4 to 15 times a day. I have sent almost all the reports and opened a bunch of tickets and nothing has been done about it. The faction event does take point until win battle, the entire game should work the same way besides the win and loss. I have spent money on numerous packs and with the loss of energy due to game thats the same as if I did not recieve some packs I payed for. Custumer support has failed in correcting an easy issue. I have programed before its just writing code not rocket science. The freezeing will continue but should not loss money because of it, its been over 2 months now something needs to be done asap. doing a little bit of programming would fix this issue and ofcourse replacing what I lost or refund.
