Verizon users unable to play

So there is some issue with Verizon users right now after their last update that makes play impossible. Just wanted to put it out there we arent really a small group and would like to know what it's looking for getting the issue resolved. Please leave a comment to help stress the importance

Just wanted to say it is not only Verizon users with issues now. I'm with Metro/Tmobile and I can not connect either.

Was able to open it up this morning 10/10/19 around 7:30 AM pacific time but cannot login currently. Extremely frustrating hopefully they resolve it soon.

I to can not get on.  This is very frustrating.  I wish when this happened they would give us some info so we know what’s going on and about how long it will take to fix it.

Same issue here - have Verizon and can't get connected.  Rebooted ipad, deleted game and reinstalled.  Validated internet connectivity - still no luck.

Okay - strange.  Having connection issues all day on Verizon.  Just connected my VPN and I can connect.  Turn VPN off, won't work, VPN back on  - works.

Verizon,  Samsung Galaxy S10+, haven't been able to log in since about 7:00AM.

Is this issue being worked on and is there an ETA on when you will resolve the authentication issues you are having server side? I very much would like some input from someone on the matter at hand. Thank You

If this isn’t fixed today I will be taking my big wallet and moving on to another game. Spent over $1000 on the game and they can’t even fix the game for mobile players. It’s been over a day already and they just put the blame on Verizon. No responsibility taken as I’ve contacted the support team multiple times with not even a single human response.

My mistake they did put a comment out saying it was out of their control and that they are "monitoring it"

Same issue can not work on Verizon 4G but works if i connect to wifi.  I assume this is monitored by Plarium and they will respond?  i know i have written several support tickets in the past and have never gotten answer.  I spend money on this game to not play?

I have Verizon also, and can't play using my network data or wifi.  Skeptical that this is Verizon's issue, as I was just fine until I downloaded the newest update for the game.  Now, the game is having trouble authenticating, and kicks out.  Uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but nothing changed.  Please fix.  Facebook harass me with your ads, so I downloaded it to see what it was about. Ended up loving the game, but if I can play it, what's the point of keeping it on my phone?

I have Verizon and can’t log on!! What going to happen if this problem is not fixed in ten days and I lose my clan because I couldn’t log on. I am clan leader!!
