What are you playing Raid on, i.e. what kind of computer and OS

I have an hp laptop with Windows 10.  64 bit.  I have deleted and redownloaded Raid.  I have cleared everything I was told to.  I had two different techs from Microsoft come on my computer, they could not fix it.  When I apptempt to download dotnet this is what I get:

You can install Bluestacks (an Android Emulator) and play Raid from there.

At least it is something you can do while you work on your Windows issue.

I did download it on my Android phone.  The only problem is it is so small that I can barely see it.  I am quite old and Raid is my only activity.  I managed to play Doom Tower yesterday but that was about it for my phone.  I will be heart broken if I can't get Raid back on my computer.  I do appreciate you trying to help me.

Hi harleQuinn, I downloaded  Bluestacks from your link and I got Raid on my computer from it but it barely worked.  It was slow and jumpy and impossible to use.  Thank you for trying though.  I am losing hope.

I tried bluestacks and it did not work.  I opened a ticket with the techs and I have not heard back from them in days.  The problem is not being able to download the .NET request.  It looks like I am going to lose Raid.
