hearing a lot of this - especially in NA - today. sounds like potentially a DNS issue, are you able to try a VPN in the meantime?

I'm in Dallas and having the same Connection Error issue.  The Raid Discord has several others like me that also are seeing connection problems today.

I try everything possible and still can not log in. And yes i did make a ticket

Hoping this gets fixed soon as well. it does seem like there's some concentrated issues with regards to specific locations, unfortunately. 

I did the update, to the launcher, now it is giving me unrecoverable error after I uninstalled and reinstalled like it said to, bout ready to report it to microsoft as was playing fine when did the update for plarium play and closed computer down for the night and this morning nothing works after 8 uninstall and reinstalls. I give up as don't have another device to play on tried everyone of their fixes

same thing is happening here. im using spectrum here in texas and i havent been able to sign in . i tried using a free vpn and did manage to sign into my account but that free vpn only provided 250mb of free data. so something is up. either plarium is blocking IP from spectrum or spectrum is not allowing us to connect to plarium idk wish someone would tell me whats going on 

From Texas with Spectrum as well, same issue have tried everything. Thankfully my phone still works.

Same issue here in Europe on both pc and phone.

Same issue BC Canada.... Says loading server config files then error.

Did the same thing last week, think it has something to do with the Arbiter story they have released, last week it was Galek, this week Athel.. hopefully when they have got that up and running the game will go back to normal... don't know how long it will take though.

Unable to log in here in California either. I am a newbie and have become addicted to the game. Can't get my morning fix. Haha.
