for 40 hours now i havent been aible to play the game because i cant get in, i have a message that says: Update availeble. a new version of the application is available. update now to keep on playing. and theres a orange button that says update. i have tried to update the sucker for close to 40 hours and nothing happens!!!! i even tried to download the game again.. NOTHING. i need help...

Have you tried uninstalling, clearing cache, deleting all Plarium files from your computer?

this is now a bad joke. i have been triyn to uninstal ,clearin cache, deleting and download plarium 10 times and all i get is new update available i press the orange button AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM PISSED
Try running it with a vpn if you can.
Latest update will not load on my MacBook Air. Have tried everything I can think of, even deleting the whole programme and reloading, except even then you get redirected to an update which does not load.... total failure of software development and update process as far as I can tell.
Having the same issue. Update wont finalise, tried everything I can think of and that has been mentioned here. Cannot access game.
Same problem for last two days on macbook air OS Ventura 13.2.1. Vpn launch did not help. Is anyone working on this?

I've deleted the game and then reinstalled the game several times, to no avail.
I've tried dowwnloading some of their other games.
Massive failure there too.
I cannot believe that they aren't doing anything about this.
I have emailed them (support) several times.
I've done what they claimed would remedy the issue... NOT!

For the meantime I suggest using a VPN. Proton is a free one that I use from time to time, for example.
Support sent me this fix and it worked:
Please try to delete the Application folder that is located via this path: Users/{username}/Public/PlariumPlay/StandAloneApps/application.
Found the issue, Windows Defender thinks Raid is a trojan.
