Probably would be a good idea to actually NOT say that it's connectivity issue, if it's just a update or maintenance issue. That will always cause more problems than simply saying that the game is not accessible until, (input projected time of maintenance completion here), due to maintenance. Pretty simple and it answers a multitude of questions.

Yeah, I'm having this issue tonight as well. I was on track to finish the current event, now who knows.
And you're right, it's not like it would take much to put up a "Down for maintenance, Estimated restart at XX:XX GMT" or whatever notification instead of the generic connection message.
This is one of the reasons I'm not buying anything from their store.

Yes that and my downloading resources are stuck at 87% and a few moments later the re-login button comes! Fyi, there's nothing wrong with my internet connection!! This is so annoying, please fix the problem now!! Been like this since the latest update!!! :(

Have you been able to get in?
If not, try logging in with a VPN active. I use Windscribe, which is free.
