Well no answer from a Mod. i think they don't care about that problem. And support is not answering, they are to lazy.... Time to find another Game with more active mods who are not to much underworked.

My advice to you would have been to open a support ticket. It looks like you have done so. I cannot unban you from chat, unfortunately. If I could, I would.
