Six days

Six days since I received the infamous email saying that someone had tried to connect to my account from Taiwan. Six days in which I have not been able to connect to my account. I will love to receive the support service evaluation email to explain what I think of their service.

jea... they restore my account today... no compensation for 6 days lost, i'am without guild.. no fragments from event... and so on... disapointed...

4 days ago I sent the information that Plarium asked me to recover my account and I have not received any response. It is totally unbelievable.

I'm still waiting, day 9.  I provided the info required, then passed my case to a secondary team. That was last Wednesday.. How hard culd be to remove the hacker ID plarium from my account?

I asked the community managers about this and received an answer today.

These tickets have priority! - that's the good part... the bad part is just as I've been saying, there was such a massive wave of lost and stolen accounts that they are nearly overwhelmed and working as fast as they can. 

Since these have priority they pretty much aren't focusing on anything else. 


And also, closed. Please funnel these conversations through Quinns pinned post, it just makes it easier for the two of us to keep track of who still needs help.
