What to do if acocunt is hacked

While this is only a partial response, I hope this kind fo topic could be added to the pinned ones.

If the moderators could help by providing few informations, the better, thank you in advance.


The first step is, off course, create a ticket. After the form, you will received an automated response with a ticket number, for The mail address is support@plarium-mobile-support.zendesk.com, do not reply to different ones as the hacker might send you fake mail to gain informations from you. The timeframe for a response varies from 1 to 3 working days (so far).


The second step is to try to salvage what possible for the account: (Note that this doesn't work for  everyone, it's just my personal experience)


In case of the plarium account hacked, and the account is binded with facebook:

1- log in with your mobile

2- do the tutorial, then go to the account details by clicking on the avatar in the top left of the screen

3- log in with facebook.

This will allow you to log in again into your account. At this
point the hacker will be kicked out and will probably try to log in
again. You will need to click on re-login as many times as needed to
keep your account safe. You can download an autoclicker for mobile and
set it to click every 5 seconds on the position where the "re-login"
button riappears. In the mean time, log a ticket with your details, we
will either lock the account until ownership is proven, or fix it
direclty for you.
 

The third step: reply to the ticket, providing informations about your account that only you should know, and proof of purchase if you are not F2P.

Here is what I lack the most: I don't knwo what is needed, which informations required and so on, so I hope a moderator could help with some informations.

One of the best supporting documents you can have would be purchase receipts. When support reaches out to you they should tell you what they need.

Hello!

Since we have recently received a considerable number of tickets, the response time might be longer than usual.

Please, send me the following information. It will help to process your request:
- The nickname of your account or its Player ID
- The model of the device you played on
- Screenshots of your last purchase confirmation emails
- Registration year and month
- Registration country and city

Make sure that the dates of the purchases and Order Numbers are visible.

Here's how to check your purchase history:
- Review your order history on Google Play
- See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store

If you have made payments on PC, contact your bank to get the corresponding receipts.
