Yesterday, I was hacked from Russia. I have received Suspicious Login Detected e mail then ı couldnt log in my account. But I have linked my facebook account, so someways I changed my password then loged in game but booom. All my account data, all my legos are gone. When ı log in account , the game restart like
newbie. I was 77 lvl :( . I sent ticked but noone respond it.
Happened to me as well. I'm still waiting for a reply from support, but so far I managed to keep my account safe.
If you linked your game account to facebook in the past, there is still hope:
You need to log into the game using the mobile, do all the tutorial then go to your details: there will be an option to log in, then choose to do so with your facebook.
I had to do this since Saturday.. keeping an eye as if the thief logs in I log in immediatly, so he can't do more damage than he already did (opened all my shards I was keeping for the halloween fusion. And didn't even found a lego u.u)
If it work this way, download the autoclicker from true developers studio. You point it to the area of re-login and activate it, so you don't have to look at your phone 24/7
