My account got hacked.

I am not sure how i got hacked as i was playing This morning on my PC on Plarium Play at 8:00 am GMT+2 and went to work came home at 4:30 pm GMT+2 tried to login and recieved a warning with incorrect password tried 3 ~4 incase i forgot, was always wrong went to my email to find that someone tried to log on my account 2 hours ago from russia

so i naturally instantly clicked reset password and when i tried to log in again, i found that my account has been reset to level 1 and as if it was a completly new account!

please help as i've invested 3 months of my life in this game and would be really sad to quit because of some lame hacker ...

Hello  sir

my  account  also  got  hack  from  taiwan,  cant  login  because  the  email  does  not  exist,  i  already  submit  a  support  ticket  and  receive  answer  about  restore  my  access  to  account  from  support  team  but  it  have  been  3,4  day  since  the  last  email  from  support  team,  i  want  to  ask  how  long  will  the  support  team  work  on  this  and  email  me  back.

Same here - late night (for me) warning email of access from taiwan. Account says email is not recognized. I opened 2-3 tickets because I only received robomails directing me to login and reset password and other things I can't do with the email changed. I also responded to the robomails, but its been a couple days with no progress or live contact...... I made a new account to be able to log in to put on this comment, but will not be putting any money in again if I can't get my original account restored - many legos, etc.

they not response to me also, but the funniest thing is they resposne to my ticket that i created 2 weeks ago with different situation about bug, this is their normal reaction time?

I think they try and prioritize when they are very overloaded.

they should prioritize first tickets with subject about account hacked etc not bug that was in game 2weeks ago sorry

And it seems you're working on the hacked account right now, from what you said in the other thread. Try and get them whatever information they asked for, and hopefully you get a quick resolution.
