Guys! This can’t be happening! Account hacked by Russians

Plarium,  please  respond  to  our  tickets  in  order  to  restore  full  access  to  our  accounts.  This  can't be  possible.  Some  of  us  spent  big  money  in  this  game!

Good  morning,

The  support  team  is  working  as  fast  as  they  can.  Make  sure  to  reply  to  the  automatic  email,  and  have  all  of  your  receipts  ready  to  send  them  to  support  your  claim  to  the  account.

Thaks  for  your  promp  reply.

The  problem  I've  got  now  is  that  I  don't know if I  will  receive  emails   on  my  email  address,  and  not  the  one  that  has  been  added  to  my  account.

You will recieve on whatever email you entered into the support ticket. What day did you open a support ticket?

Mine just got hacked too. I was literally in the game playing, and I was booted. tried to log back in from the Plarium app (PC), and it indicated that my email address does not have a valid account....even though I literally have messages on my email from plarium purchases and more going back almost a year.

I'm posting on a different account at the  moment because the site literally doesn't recognize my email for my main account. What can I do here? where is the link for opening a ticket?

And what worries me is that Plarium doesn't even recognize my email...how is it that my email isn't even part of my account? so anyone who can find my account ID can control my account better then me?

omg seems this is a reoccuring issue did your ticket get resolved
