Log into another account

HI,


I cant access my account from Plarium.

The app is logging me into another user's account.

account email: stefan.pavel@gmail.com

in game name : Microft

(clan leader of United Warriors clan.


Seems that I am not the only one in this situation.

Till now I received only an automated email.


I spend a lot of money and time for this account.

Hi,


I recently got the game and logged in via fb. Then the game got all glitchy so I uninstalled the game and now I can't access my account that was linked to my fb. I created this login today to see if that helps. Nada. Normally I wouldn't mind just starting over but I made purchases on that account. Anyone got any idea how to login to my fb linked account!?

I purchased a lot, during one year...

I am level 60, clan leader and spent a lot of money.....i want my account back.

Seems that the support of Plarium Raid is not doing anything regarding the issues with swapped accounts.

Are they in quarantine due to the COVID-19?

Till  now I received only the automatic response ....

I ask for help on discord and I got an answer.

Somebody from support contact me and asked to send invoices from purchases.

Because my email is connect with another account and my (previous)nickname doesn't exist anymore.

I gave him some invoices and details of my account again...

now, I will wait to see...


My advice  for anybody with the same issue is the reply to your submitted ticket and add all the necessary  details:

- all your account details: email, nickname, raid ID (if you have it)

 - invoices from your past purchases

Maybe in this way you will speed up a bit the resolution.

I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK!!!  :-)


Somebody was probably playing on my account for the last 3 days and messed-up some thing...

I have to change my name and other things in my account.

I just a soldier now on my own clan...I worked so much to have a decent clan (I was the clan leader)...hope that I can solve that too.


but, first step, the most important has done...I got my account back!

it took only two days....

Now I am beck in the same situation, when I log in is a brand new acount, lvl 0


More than that, is seem that somebody accessed also this forum account.....name and avatar was changed.

Avatar was Kael and my name is Stefan P.

Now, I have this

The issue is that we HAVE contacted support.


I have contacted support 3 times now.  Support just says, essentially, log on using your PC.  And Play your original account there.


Support doesn't offer any solutions in how to restore your account back on ones' phone and/or mobile device.


::UPDATE::


Okay, my problem is finally solved.  What I did was uninstalled the app off my phone.  Reinstalled it.  And then after executing the App,  

BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE.

On the top right where it says Log-in.  Log-in using your Plarium account.  Hopefully you made one during the actual account you have invested in.

Check to make sure your desired ID number is the correct one on the top left.  I wrote mine down.

Then the game should update in its full 1.25GB and voila!
