Hi, I make this topic  to ask for help from you guys as I have lost my account. I have not linked it with a Plarium ID or Facebook so when I reinstall Windows 10 I lost access to it.

I have posted the issue on the Plarium mobile support page with the id #1611028 and #1613609 but no response from an actual person after 24 hours. I read some cases on the forum about people who received no response after 3-4 weeks and I don't want to wait that long so forgive me to bother you with this.

The in game ID is Draggonax, I lost access to it after reinstalling WIndows on last Sunday, I forgot to link it with any Plarium ID or Facebook so I cant access it the normal way. I used to pay for the stuffs on that account using my Google play account which is this email address. Pls help me get it back.

If possible, pls link it with this email address (already linked to another newbie account, feel free to delete it ) or the email address dphandt1@gmail.com
