My account is saying amazon prime has been used

Hi, my account is saying an amazon prime account has been linked/used previously on the profile(which it definitely hasn't).

My phone's Google account and the prime count have never been linked before nor has anyone else had access. I have not claimed any rewards using either. 

The in game support is showing broken/constantly loading. Please help.

same issue happened to me, game's telling me my amazon account is being used on an account I can't restore :( hope we'll be able to fix this soon. Technical support in-game won't load, so maybe we can have some sort of email address to contact with?
