Account and money lost because of 1.13

As a lot of people are expeirincing I updated to 1.13 wasnt able to login at all, I was advised to uninstall and reinstall the game.

Now I am able to login and it has completely restarted me, I tried my Plarium and FB and same thing. Shame on me for assuming that everything was tracked through my google play.

I've spent hundreds of dollars and you'll probably lose out on hundreds more if we cant sort this out, love the game but I'm not willing to throw away money and start over. 

In game support tab has been "loading" for 30minutes I dont have my old UM ID but I have my Google play info, all the payment and subscription info, as well as my in game character name.

I'm trying to be optimistic since it is such a wide spread thing right now I would like to think that Plarium doesnt want to watch a bunch of money just walk away. I love the game but the amount of time and money invested into my account, I just cant justify starting over.

For the people that lurk and those who have commented I have an update that feels kinda useless but if someone opens a ticket for roughly the same reasons they'll know what to expect.


I submitted my ticket.

Got a reply asking for ingame info etc.

Then a second reply, asking the same questions....

Last night was the 3rd reply, asking the SAME questions but this time was an actual person.... so hopefully I'll know in a few hours as what to expect.
