I was totally surprised last night when I tried to play getting the message on the log-on screen that I have been banned until 27th of October due to "too many refunds", refunds which I never asked for. I have tried to reach Plarium both by support button from the message and by email but I haven't get any answer.

I am unable to provide them my in-game ID as can't log to. 

I consider that is totally unfair to get banned for no reason. 

I hope that is someone in the community that can help me with this unpleasant issue.
