I too can't login since the last update. I tried contacting support letting them know that I've uninstalled/reinstalled several times, tried multiple connections, multiple devices as well as trying Blue Stacks. They sent me an email response telling me to reinstall, try different internet connections and an emulator suck as Blue Stacks. It's almost as if they didn't read my issue at all. It's been almost a week since I've been able to play. That is lost events, clan bosses, daily rewards... As well as time lost on my raid pass. At this point I'm thinking they don't care and it's time to move on to a game that supports their game.

Since the MAJ can not play on emulator (BlueStacks).

Having the same trouble. Sent 2 requests an hour apart. They tell me to change IP address or try on another device. Problems not on my end. All other apps/games are working fine. This is not something I should have to "workaround" as they suggested. I really enjoy this game but theres no reason to have it on my phone if it doesn't work. Hope the issue is resolved soon.

When they send that email on how to 'fix' things it's maddening, as if none of us would have tried that stuff ourselves in the first place.
I've played a lot of games like this in the past 5 yrs and by far the support for this one is the worst.
Still cant login going on 2 hours now

10 hours for me...have paid daily rewards and clan obligations. Not to mention xp bonus. They have about 2 hours before reset to at least post a reply that they are working on this.
