Updates=Danger

I finished an update and completely lost my account, all my champions, levels, ranks, everything and had to create a new account...absolutely no help from the creators of this game, I will never spend another cent on anything for these greedy people...notice how clean I kept my language and feeling, not what I was thinking....

Could you be more specific what happened after the update?

Are you certain you're logging into the right account? 

If you aren't, did you forget or lose your login?

After the update finished it forced me to download and when that happened, the game erased my entire account and started me over...I can login to my original game account YODA MASTER but not the game account I was playing, I was at level 54 with over 100 champions many legenary level 6...nothing I did would bring that account back, everytime I logged in with my original password, it brought me to the new account....my account name was QUEEN YUMIKO, I do not have the account ID number....

Are you perhaps using incorrect login information? Can you try another email/Plarium ID if you linked it?

I'd contact Support and see if they can help, if that doesn't work.

As Thorne said, Support will help you get your account back to you. Please open a ticket at the link below, explain that you updated and have lost access to your account.

thanks for the link, I sent them a help request on the day it happened but never received a reply, hopefully they will answer this time

Hopefully they'll get back to you, make sure you respond to anything asked in the automated response you get when opening a ticket.
