Account unable to use PlariumPlay (Two-factor authentication attempts exceeded)

Hello there! Friend of mine tried to set up plarium play to his new PC, therefore to login to his Raid account he was asked about authentication code from google Authenticator app, he tried to enter the code few times everytime getting "wrong code" message. Now (due to too many attempts) he can't login to his account on plarium play client or site getting "Two-factor authentication attempts exceeded. Please contact Support to restore your account. " message.

Ofc he have access to his email (and can change his password), and he still can play using mobile phone, but PC game client and even creating support ticket isn't avaliable to him - that's why i am writing here on his behalf. 

I can provide any additional info (like UID, etc) on your request. Thanks in advance!

That prompt for attempts exceeded should clear up, but if it persists I would have your friend open a ticket via here: https://plarium.com/en/support/

Which one is the better way for my friend to communicate with support?

1)through support site provided above;

2)using support option on mobile client (cause he still have access to game on mobile);

He made a support ticket through mobile client as you told and there is no answer for 7 days (   ticket was created 25/07/2023). Looks like support simply ignoring him, because this isn't the first ticket he opened - right now he is about a month in stupid situation where he have access to his account and email, but not able to play through Plarium Play. He is not asking for unbanning his account or smth complex but just for activating his acc in plarium play, cause playing on mobile isn't satisfying at all!
Pls do smth, thanks in advance!

Hi there, 

As I mentioned in your friends thread, we are at a point in their case forum wise where we can't assist any further.  

So, subsequent threads - as well as spamming ticket numbers in unrelated threads - will not be necessary. thanks.

Apologies, very similar to another case and the tickets looked similar. 

Unfortunately this is likely to be a similar case in which we can't help forum side. One thing I would suggest is not making multiple tickets as that can slow the process.

Ah, i got you i see what thread are you talking about.

But what can we do with my friend's case when support not showing any sign of life, not asking some questions, etc? I made some tickets on another issue for my account and got answer in 24 hours - there were work in progress and my issue was solved really fast. What makes the case of my friend so different that he hadn't got any attention from support side?

Honestly I'm not sure of the exact process. we (moderators) aren't privy to tickets, their contents or the queues folks end up in.

His first ticket was opened about a month ago via support site, his second ticket was opened a week ago via mobile client - both tickets are idle. 1 month old ticket with no reaction from support - strange isn't it?
