I've lost my level 40 shaman. This happened a couple days ago or so. I bet this happened after the update as well. She's one of the strongest characters in the game. I would like to have her back.

I had a lot of level 30 and 40 characters but when I went to link to platinum it started my game brand new. How do I get my old characters back? I was linked to Facebook before this happened.

Hello, i have the same problem... all my chars disappeared last Sunday... some legendaries and many epics fully upgraded. I’ve submitted a ticket to the support but no answer yet... any way to speed up the process ?
