I sent my son an invite, followed the link and installed, same thing. Never showed up, had tickets open on both sides for 4 days with no response.

No he hasnt. I think it's an issue with sharing the link. If the link is specific to the slot that takes up the refer a friend and u use it to send to multiple people through Facebook messenger it may only take the first person to install through that 1 slot which would have been my friend. Which would make this an issue with how the game is coded to handle it. I havent checked to see if the link differentiates based on which of the 3 I click to share.

Same issue here. Ticket 723239 was opened, but I've not heard anything back since the 8th.
