On April 1st, the customer service helped me find my game account. But soon I found new problems in the game.  So I clicked on "Bcreate a follow-up."，and submitted a new request.  But every time I submit a new request, I will be replied "This request was closed and merged into request #616150 "my game account was maliciously ..."."  This problem has appeared 6 times, including requests submitted within the game. 

But no one replied to me in "request #616150", 

so what happened to the customer service, I did not submit the problem maliciously. Why have you seen my request so many times and don't handle it. But closed my request?  

These are closed requests#623464 ， #623399 ，#621675. If there is a customer service, please check them. I am not submitting duplicate requests. Instead, I need new help when I encounter new problems. Don't close the request again, and merged into request #616150 . request #616150 has been solved, I need new help, thank you for your work, please help me
