Money taken for Raid card - but on hold!

Money was taken from my account yesterday for my Raid card, but due to the server issues yesterday, it now shows as "on hold". I am told to manage my payment information, but the payment has been made. Play shows the next payment as being due next month. 

I am now earning less silver and xp, despite having paid for the card. I was trying to finish a champion training event, which will now be much harder.

What recourse do I have? The money has been taken, and I want the thing I paid for. Support have not responded to me. I'm absolutely spitting about this. They took my money! I want what I paid for!

How do I get my Raid card back? What do I do?

File an in game ticket as soon as you can.

It was filed whent he problem happened last night. There was an 'it's being looked into' type response, and I have been ignored since.

I still have no Raid card.

I'm a bit shocked by it to be honest. You can't just take someone's money and not give them what they bought?

It was a huge problem that affected thousands of users. They'll get to your ticket as fast as they can.

No real way to escalate, the support team has a very small weekend staff. Things will pick up in the morning
