Can we get some answers from someone at Plarium?  I had $1000 changed to my account (10 - $99.99 gem packs), which I haven't successfully recovered (I've been trying to work through Plarium as the merchant first with little to no response) and now I received a ban because I simply requested a refund.  This is very unusual way for a company to run their business.  Considering I'm an active player, moderate spender, taking $1000 and turning your back is not good for the outcome of this community.  Not to mention if this is permanent, I've now wasted a load of money and time on a game I'm currently banned from.

Again, someone from Plarium please just reply and provide some guidance.

Side note: Anytime I purchase through Plarium Play I'm charged tax on my purchases.  For whatever reason the fraudulent charges did not include tax.  Just seems a bit strange all the way around.
