No response? ill give this a couple of hours or ill just reject the transaction on my bank. cba paying 30 dollars and not reciving it, and now its been 4 hours no response, no pack delivered.

Send a ticket to the support agents explaining your problem and they will surely solve it.
If you request a refund the bot will automatically ban you, speak to the support agents first please.
Pd: they usually take 1 day to respond and you have about 30 days to request a refund, so don't do anything quickly. Sorry for the inconveniences
