Awaiting feedback from Plarium Support
When I made a purchase on my account on the 10th of October, it seems it didn't go through due to suspicious activity. Then I notice that I had my VPN on for a different location. I have contacted my banks and my credit cards are working and it is a Plarium thing.
I tried to use my card again on the 12th of October and I got the same message from Plarium but upon checking my credit card today (14th) I was charged for that purchase but didn't receive anything.
Still waiting for feedback from Plarium and would like to get what I actually paid for.
