I now have a serious problem with Plariums customer service.

Story.

I bought a 2 for 1 pack for $69.99 (2025 gems x2 totaling 4050 gems)

The purchase didnt go through on my screen because of a game crash.

So I purchased again, this time it says it goes through and everything is good.

30min later, i receive more gems (2025 to be exact which i just LEAVE in my storage)

It looks like i received a 2 for 1 pack of 4k gems, plus 2k gems for a non 2 for 1 pack and they double charged my account and funds.

I told them i am leaving those 2025 gems in my storage for safety reasons and for them to refund those 2025 gems plus the 69.99 my account was charged as my intention was for only 1 pack.

They then take 2025 gems from my actual account (not storage) and say these gems are being "on hold" while we file claims. Cool

Then they send an email stating that the refund is in process, but they took another 2025 gems from my account....

so in all i paid 69.99 for only 2025 gems total since 4050 gems were taking in total from my account, which means i didnt get a 2 for 1 deal.

how does that work? False advertisement maybe?

Worst customer service.... to take that much money from their players is insane... fix your problems...
