I bought the ancient shard pack 10 ancient shards, gems for 9.99 turned dark with spinning circle for 2 min till I back out and started it again but did not receive items

Exact same thing happened to me just now for the same pack as OBEYME. I looked into my Google purchase history and I was definitely charged, the game just took the money and did not deliver.
Edit: not sure if the mods saw this, but two hours later just got the goods in mail. Much thanks.

I have the same problem 7sins89 um27881612 | 27409445.
Got the pack, game got stuck with the loading circle, did not get my purchase after. I do hope this will get fixed soon.

The items were sent to my inbox a few minutes ago.

I had the same issue. I payed for a promo pack of gems, i think that war about 2.140 gems, that costs me 10,49€. My gameID is UM30044696 | 29526681. Thanks for the supply.

Same problem, i purchased four pack string for the x10 leg shards pull and did not receive any items from the fourth. Sent in tickets and all evidences of purchases in game plus all the receipts from play google that charged me from the purchases. Support Olena kept mentioning about the first and third purchases and not a thing from the fourth which costed $69.99 for 20 blue, 12 purple, and 4 orange shards. Still sending in tickets but getting ignored. This is completely bullshit!!!!
