I think this happened to me too, I dont see any of the coins i just purchased using the gems I purchased. 

Bought coins with gems. 

Gems went out of my inventory immediately, as they should, 

but no coins arrived in my coin inventory to replace them.

That’s my problem in a quick summary!

It’s a simple transaction that didn’t happen.

My game name x_d3bug_x. I’d appreciate my coins showing up, as well.
