Cannot purchase on Android
Clear the Google Play application's cache by opening the Application Manager in your device's Settings. Select Google Play from the list, then tap the "Clear cache" button.
If the error still exists, please try the following steps:
1) Open your device Settings => Application manager => Google play. Tap Uninstall updates.
2) Open Google Play application and log in to your Google account again.
