I finished all the monthly quests with days to spare and instead of getting the gold shard, etc, the monthly quest just restarted from the beginning like I had done none of them.  My user name is Bobbulus.  Game ran fine on my Windows 10 PC up till that time, but my long anticipated monthly reward just disappeared.  

As stingy as you guys are with rewards, this is just about enough to make me delete the game. I would appreciate a resopnse.
