Tonight right before we got our arena chests I had 2258 arena points, which I was watching closely because I was almost at 2300 and could move up to gold 2. However, after I logged off the game then back in to collect my chest, my points have been reset to 2000 even. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??? IM FURIOUS. I've had to work non stop to not only stay in gold but to even gain a little and then it was just taken away. There are only 3 battles against me the past hour and definitely not worth over 200 points. I really need someone to look into this problem please and fix it
