Logging in says I should have free gifts but there dont exist.

I started the game yesterday and when I log in I have mail saying I have gifts waiting for me in my mail but there isnt anything there? Says I have seven days to claim them but how if there isnt anything to claim? Please assist.

I created it on december 21st and in game Id  is: um33861405 | 33269043

um33861405 | 33269043 - Ask the players to delete {disk}\Users{name}\AppData\Local\Plarium folder and then try reinstalling. If that won't help, ask them to provide the pp_log.txt file from that folder

I am on mobile, I tried to uninstall and reinstall but It didnt do anything. Suggestion.

@noloses I am also on mobile, I have uninstalled and reinstalled as well and haven't had any changes. Do you know the file path on mobile?
