They sent 3 crystals to compensate for the problem, but only rare heroes still come out. We never won Epic or Legendary. November and December I spent over 100 €. Don't buy, we just spend and don't earn our Legendary or Epic heroes.

Raid game administrators can collect everything I received this December and return my money if you wish. Make sure I won't buy anything else in this game, and maybe I won't keep playing. Thank you.
