I keep losing clan boss keys because the game crashes during the loading of the clan boss battle. I lose at least one a day. This is very frustrating as my clan requires multiple battles a day. How can I get compensated for lost keys?

Sorry about this issue, it's currently being looked into/investigated on ways to fix the freeze/crash issues on clanboss and other aspects of the game.

Back to normal on losing clanboss keys on nightmare clanboss i see. Joke. Won't get key back either so miss out on chest also. Thanks.
