This seems the same bug I have. Unfortunately, I am stuck on mission freakin ONE.

Okay summoned new hero's put gear on and upgraded to 12+ didn't work removed the gear. Summoned more hero's till got 2 more attack equipped them with the 12+ artifacts still nothing. Also there goes 500k in silver. Sad face

Hi i ma still stuck on the artefact progres s mission...put 6 ATQ artefacts of 4 stars or more..stuck on the count of three...i dis it again ..stuck

I have the very same issue as above.  I'm stuck on a mission that asks me to equip 6 4 star or higher attack artifacts on a rare attack hero.  I got credit for two of them.  So I switched those artifacts to another rare attack type hero.  No joy there, either.  I went ahead and tried again on the original hero and nothing changed.  I would really like to progress in the missions, but right now, I can't.

I have the same problem with the mission to equip 6 4 star offense artifacts to a rare ATK type. Registers 2 and goes no further 

have a quest to collec 4* hp   shield have done that 4 times still can't collect the reward

have gotten the artifacts  for mission 7.4 but  can't collect the reward
