More people are having this issue, can somebody maybe clarify?

I know for a fact non of my referals are buying anything, I think you are losing out potential paying costumers.

not that anybody i know could ever go up against these whales so maybe im talking to a wall here.

I've just had a similar problem, but on my first referral.  I sent my wife the link via email.  She opened it on her computer first and clicked the link and a browser opened and said the game couldn't be installed on this platform.

So she opened the email on her phone, clicked the link, downloaded the app, and began playing.  

She DID receive the referral reward after she completed the tutorial and she played up through level 11.  She never showed up in my referral list at all and I didn't receive any rewards.

It funny how you guys repeat this riddle all over again but the problem with not working referral is just growing.
Keep it up and you are on a good road to piss off your customers.

Well, nice that you commented mod,

Now I know that the 1st refferal is working correctly.

2nd is my nephew he downloaded the game a few days prior but I told him rewards are good. so he made a new one. still not an argument to say that the system is working when it is clearly not.

3th one I made myself on the pc for myself to test it. guess what, doesnt work either. didnt have it before because I downloaded bluestacks for it.

Can u maybe help out instead of stating something vague? Maybe link them the old fashioned way?

Not that it makes a big difference,  i'm definitly not playing that other account again because it brings me nothing and my nephew stopped playing aswell as i kept him up to date with this story and there was no response for more than a week.

Having non-native english speakers as mods for a primarily english forum tends to exacerbate issues. Trying to decipher the broken english is frustrating. The answers or explanations rarely make sense. 

I have seen other posts about this. The referrals system has issues.
