Start boost pack from the Store (Tier 60) is gone

 Dear Tech. Support,


purchased Package Tier 60 (GPA.3388-4607-****-85952 from 30.04.2019 / 109,99€) with daily rewards (Energy, Gems, Silver and Shards) are gone without delivering rewards for last several days, and most important - Sacred and Void Shards too.


Waiting for your prompt reply and thanks in advance for your time and effort. 


In case this issue will not be resolved in next few days, i will have to question mentioned above transaction and full stop of further transaction from now on.


Samsung / Android / Cache delete didn't helped, daily rewards were in Store > Daily section.

Hey you need to look in the store where u bought  the daily pack to find your items

Dear Jonathan,


sure thing. And in first few days sub-window in store > daily menu was there... But then disappeared and that's the problem. It has been removed, so I can't claim my rewards and most expensive items that I should receive at last days of this "daily boost".


Check logs or store change logs. I can't claim any rewards if sub-window was totally removed... 

Please look on screens attached below:

Both offers are not what I bought! I ordered - Daily Energy, Gems and Shard and not what is active in Store right now.



Issue is NOT resolved. I have double-checked all windows and sub-windows of both store and quest menu before posting here.

Small update:


1. Ingame support answered on 6th day after ticket creation with copy-past answer: "We have lots of tickets…check forum for similar issues or create a topic there… bye bye" 


2. Google replied with similar auto-answer: "We received your request for a refund for Package Tier 60 (RAID: Shadow Legends). However, we can not refund this purchase because it was not made in accordance with our policies. We apologize for any inconvenience."

Seems interesting, right? Google accepting and forwarding transactions that are not in accordance with their own policies?

Update number 2


Paypal said: "We've reviewed the transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant (Google) confirming that the merchandise was delivered."


Dear Raid support team, any other words/comments or whishes before i send my next official request to consumer-central of my region?


And question that occurred during process: How come that you able to use Google Play transactions if they are "not made in accordance with Google policies"? 


Waiting for your "fast" and "detailed" answer.
