So it's not letting me complete the upgrade all 6 offensive artifacts mission to level 4 or higher! I've already done it but it only shows 5 of 6 completed. Idk how I'm goin to be able to continue.

Try to equip a clean artefact, and then upgrade it, If not, it is a Bug and u must issue a ticket. I've been w8-ing for an answer for some tine. I also can't progress in the artefacts challenge.
