ok, i'm not verry happy with you people at this point. I sent in a bug report telling you that the very last day item for the 5 week long daily log in quest, never showed up. it vanished. I never got to see it. the sacred shard that was supposed to be the culmination of 5 freaking weeks play, nothing. NADA. ZIP. now some idiot requests i send a screen shot of the freaking error? IT NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE LAST freaking DAY OF THE 5 WEEK LOG IN QUEST. How the hell do I generate a screen image of NOTHING? Is this your way of ignoring your screw up? its bad enough you have like a .00003 percent chance of getting a legendary character when you use a sacred shard, now you dont want to own up to your bug when it doesnt give a person credit for completing the task? at least get the information you're asking for correct when replying too open bug reports. I can see asking me for a screen shot of the error that occured when I killed the fire knight on stage sevenm, and the game crashed the instant he died.

What part of we never got to claim the item to begin with do you not understand? on the very last day, the final item NEVER SHOWED UP. There should have been a tab in the left side tab called "Daily Log In rewards" or something close to that. Afteer claiming the final item for that last week, the only item left to claim was the sacred shard. It wouldnt allow me to claim the sacred shard until the following day after that next to last prize. when i went in to claim the sacred shard on the very last day of the dailies, it wasnt there. the tab was gone, never got a chance to claim the sacred shard because it was no longer available? when it should have been there for a 24 hour period. is this in plain enough english for you? hard to claim an item you never got a chance to recieve due to a bug.
Same issue with 1.7.2 update. Today is the latest day in the daily rewards sequence. There is NO crystal, I can’t see menu with daily rewards. That’s really bad! I spent time every day to get to this point and .... nothing!!! My player ID is um7861283 | 7781351 - please help me.

Create a support ticket for it. I also have the same issue with Visix. Like 36 hours ago I created the ticket and still waiting for an answer/action. Gotta be a little patient :)
