Hi,

So I recently completed my second week login bonus and some other gear daily login bonus where you receive a character after receiving 6 pieces of gear, also second week. When I logged in and claimed the rewards, I only received the void shard for second week login and not the lizard. Even though I went to go use the void shard, it’s like it gave me him in the summon instead of actually giving me the character and leaving my shard for another character after. Hope I’m explaining this right since I should now have 3 Purple chars and not 2. Help would be appreciated since I just got my bump in progression curtailed.
