Skin walkers champion Flesh Esters healing skill called War Leader says it heals allies by a percentage of Flesh Eaters max  life, but in fact i have noticed that it heals not as advertised but instead based on the percentage of the targets max life. The advertised amount should be a uniform number across all targets but instead it fluctuates between targets based on their max hp.
