I just pulled this legendary champion. He appears to be controversial so I'm not sure where he's used at. If I can get any help on where to and how to use this guy I would gladly appreciate it. If anyone could also tell me how to gear him I would also love that.
I'd go With crit damage and a savage set or cruel set depending on where you are at In game depending on what your using him for you can go high acc and hope for the true fear debuff and High speed in arean or sink all your efforts into crit rate I'd say 80 or high and atleast a 180 crit damage I can give you someone I have to Basie him off of if you want but I'm no pro my self just offering advice
I have Skullreap also. He has bombs but not sure where he fits best or how to gear him.
What? He doesn't have bombs. As for his utility - he's interesting. 4.2x atk on his a2 is quite respectable for a CC, and he has very reasonable base stats. If building for arena, build him like you would astralon, not like you would trunda. This means you likely want him to have around 350 acc, probably around 170 spd, and everything else into cr, cd, and atk, in that order. Basically - perception sets, cdmg gloves if possible, atk% chest, speed boots, and acc banner if necessary

I am dragging him in 12-3 now. It looks like he throws bombs. He slows down the farming almost 100%.
