Can you post your full roster? Without seeing that it's really hard to answer.

That said - Scyl is the only one of those who has revive, so that alone likely will make her useful. Whether that's enough to justify actually booking her is another story.

Since you're already on Dungeon 20 for everything other than spider, the question is - will Scyl help you get further in Spider. And the answer to that question is - probably yes. The heal and stun will go a long way towards mitigating the amount of damage your tank takes, especially if she's booked on her stun. And, for doom tower, the same applies - in DT, booked, she can lock down waves almost on her own, even in DT hard.

Scyl is worth 6star, but I wouldn't book.  How many drexthar fragments you have?  Drexthar and an armiger will help you for spider. With scyl, stag knight plus 1 u can do 20.
