Okay, so the PfP issue popped up for me too, and Plarium knows about it now and are trying to fix it.

The "Just New" thing works, but it's funky. I usually click it a few times, and eventually it settles on a handful of items. Then I unclick "Just New", find those specific items, and click them.

Still very annoying, though.

yeah the red dots really bother me. im ocd but im also lazy so its really annoying.

Thank you for the information.  I hope it actually gets fixed though.  I read a lot of forum posts and reddit posts about it, and they go back at least to 2019, you'd think after that long something would have been done about it.

Dsync on server is real....but also wait a few minutes then try the just new again. Also don't forget you can switch it to equipped and click on one of the gear spots, IE if the new piece was a chest piece click on a chest piece equipped under there. That's worked everytime for me without fail 

Its a old post but i tell you, red dot on avatar is other story than, new hero red dots or red dots on new items, which is didnt dissapeared. Those bugs fixed by Plarium long time ago. 

So, the other story when you got a red dot on main avatar thats equal with, you got a new Avatar picture from DT or from other  mission. Just click on avatar, go to  profile menu and click it again the avatar picture there. You will see there the new Avatar pictures. Click on it again and voila, the red dot will disappear.
