Can you show us the builds? Each champ?

241 is rough right now, as far as speed needed to make gold. We are going to need to farm to get faster, and just speeding up will make a big difference in making Gold. 

Many would say go farm Dragon, and eventually that is where you want to farm, but that ends up being A SLOG. Start in campaign until you have one good rare and common speed set that gets your speed lead to 280+.

I don't have a ton of rare gear from campaign left on the account, but here is where you can get Apothecary to just farming 6-6 and 6-7 Nightmare and Brutal campaign. You get common, 6 star speed boots from 6-6, and then focus on Rare speed gear from 6-7 for the other pieces. Add in a few +1 to +3 speed glyphs and you're cooking!

As you can see, we are even missing a speed set bonus, so we could easily be over 280. 

The champs you are using are good for a speednuking team, that's not the problem.

Gear is the problem. Your speednuking team has neither speed (241 is to slow to reach gold) nore nukes.

To enhance Zavia's damage, try to reach 100% c.rate just from substats/setbonus. That gives the oportunity to use c.damage gloves. 6* lvl 16 gloves will give 80% to c.damage. For example my Magnarr, who works as nuker in arena, has the following gloves and total stats:

Really really wish I knew someone who told me to farm NM campaign for speed back in the day rather than just finding out in the past few months.

I ended up in the slog category and I'm fairly certain that set me back months. OOPS. 

Double speed rolls and 6 speed pieces will take you a good way to making Gold. :)

Shortsided thinking may save u a month in getting to G1, but doesn't get you to G4 any faster and may cost u months in the wrong direction.

It is in no way shortsighted. Account progress is exponential, not linear.

Having good speed sets from campaign form the basis of many teams, and help you reach speeds required to build fast and solid dungeon farming teams, beyond just being a better way to initially progress in Arena.

Get your gear from rewards and campaign, and then hit Dragon 20+ with solid, quick, well geared teams, all the while having enough progress in Arena to actually farm medals in Gold and begind seriously progressing your great hall.

Or, slog in dragon for a month or three extra, at lower levels and more slowly, and be behind. 

PS.... Gear with double rolled Speed subs on Speed Sets will stay used in your account until the late game, fairly easily too. And Common, Uncommon and Rare 6 star speed set speed stat boots will stay relevant forever, as long as you play for. :)

It seems rather optimal to get hyper focused on the set/stat that is the most important for the vast majority of the players in the game across all content. Being able to flesh out multiple teams with speed early seems like it'd be tremendous for immediate and future progression.

Can confirm the slog is not fun, especially in retrospect when I realize I had a strong roster that I just couldn't gear out competently, including a really early Deacon. 

Campaign gear is generally trash, but i would say speed boots are the exception to the 'farm dragon' rule when midgame.

You can farm all week and not get speed boots from dragon, but pick up a 6 star pair of speed boots in a day from campaign, and 45 speed is 45 speed at the end of the day

Rare gear from 6-7 is pretty nice too, as you can see above :D

I will concede on the boots, and only the boots :)

But I would prefer noobs not even venture into NM.  Or anyone for that matter :) the only time spent in NM should be to 3star each stage.  Its just an energy drain imo.

Can't make me stop farming NM. :P

Actually, now that I finally have a Dragon solo farmer built in a crazy stat Ninja, I might never touch anything else again. Slow farming both Dragon gear AND food champs seems pretty good, that's what I've heard at least. XD XD

Nightmare 12-3 does provide better XP per Energy than Brutal 12-3, though. Less silver admittedly, but more XP.

For Zavia build, my sources say she scales only from ATK, not Crit Damage. Like a bomb champion, except she needs CR. I built mine like so

with ATK% gloves and ATK amulet. She did well in the Arena at the time, before she was replaced. Never tried to build her with CD, so i don't know for sure if it helps.

As for speeds, i'd like to build upon what harleQuinn already did:

All Speed(2) rolls with mostly +2 and +3 gliphs. With 6* common SPD boots that's 290 speed. And try to eliminate 3* and 4* gear, as soon as you start farming 5 and 6  star gear, begin selling anything below that automatically.

With speeds around 300, you might have a shot to get to gold. But most importantly: always speed tune your team!

All this is very helpful.  I'll need to pump up apo by another 20-40 speed with 6 star gear. 

I just pulled a Genbo and watching some videos, might be a stronger nuker with the apo/gor/deacon combo than with zavia.  thoughts?  I'd eventually book out Genbo, put him at 100% crit rate and get as high as i can on att and crit damage.  

If you're going for Genbo as the nuker, the good news is he needs only 70% CR. So you can invest more into other stats. He auto-buffs himself before going into battle. He may be dishonored, but he is wise.😁

I can put him in Cruel gear (one set I actually have quite a few 6 star) and crit damage gloves/shoes with speed....it'll take me a while to 6 star him but at least I have a plan...

A dragon farmer is on my todo list, unfortunately the list keeps getting longer and I'm not crossing anything off :)
